People from around the Dubbo electorate will have the chance to take their questions and concerns to the state's leaders when the NSW Government holds a Community Cabinet meeting in Dubbo, the Member for Dubbo Troy Grant announced today.

The NSW Government holds regular Community Cabinet meetings throughout NSW as an opportunity for people to raise matters important to them and the local community with the Premier and Ministers.

As part of the Community Cabinet to be held on February 11th, Ministers will be conducting community visits, meeting with local groups and fielding questions at a public forum.

The public forum will be held at the Dubbo Regional & Convention Centre between 10-2pm.

Information on how to regsiter for the forum will be advertised in the lead up to the event.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for people to meet the NSW Cabinet and have a say on the decisions that affect them," said Mr Grant.

"The Community Cabinet will be open to the public and NSW Premier Barry O'Farrell and his Ministers will be on hand to field questions.

"To my knowledge this is the first time a Community Cabinet has been held in Dubbo, demonstrating the NSW Government's commitment to regional areas.

"In our first 20 months of Government we have been busy delivering improved infrastructure, enhancing frontline services and driving jobs and investment in the regions, and we’re keen to hear the public’s feedback."
